About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic Sales Executive who is a genuine sports enthusiast or has a deep interest in fitness. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers—guiding them through top-tier sports gear and fitness equipment, demonstrating product functionality, driving sales targets, and sharing your passion for an active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Customer Advisory:
- Greet walk-in and institutional clients, assess their fitness/sports requirements, and recommend suitable equipment and gear.
- Deliver engaging, hands-on product demonstrations explaining machinery features, safety, and ergonomics.
- Drive individual and store sales targets across home gym equipment, commercial machinery, and fitness accessories.
- Billing & CRM Operations:
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) billing transactions accurately.
- Collect customer information and update the CRM database for lead follow-ups, post-purchase queries, and relationship building.
- Floor Management & Support:
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays on the showroom floor.
- Assist with inventory tracking, periodic stock checks, and stock replenishment.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Fitness & Sports Passion (Must Have):
- A keen personal interest,



active involvement, or background in sports, gym training, athletics, or fitness.
- Ability to speak authentically about workout routines, equipment mechanics, and training goals.
- Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, consumer durables, or sports equipment (freshers with a robust sports/fitness background are welcome).
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Excel, CRM tools).
- High energy, positive attitude, and customer-centric mindset.
- Languages & Mobility:
- Fluency in English and the local language (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Possessing a two-wheeler (bike) for local client interactions or multi-store movement is advantageous.
