Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Management, International Business, or a related discipline

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EXIM professional to manage DGFT authorizations, Customs compliance, export incentive schemes, drawback claims, export-import documentation, and regulatory compliances. The role involves coordination with DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, banks, consultants, EPCs, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely compliance and maximize export benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage DGFT schemes such as Advance Authorization, EPCG, and related compliances.
- Handle redemption applications and export obligation fulfillment.
- Process and reconcile RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, AIR Drawback, Brand Rate Drawback, and Deemed Export benefits.
- Prepare and submit Brand Rate Drawback applications and coordinate with Customs for approvals.
- Monitor drawback credits through ICEGATE and reconcile claims with export data.
- Handle IEC, RCMC, BRC/e-BRC and other regulatory compliances.
- Coordinate ICEGATE operations and Customs-related documentation.
- Verify shipping bills, export documents, and drawback eligibility.
- Review export-import documentation and ensure compliance with Foreign Trade Policy, Customs and RBI regulations.
- Identify and resolve claim deficiencies, rejections, and Customs/DGFT queries.
- Maintain records related to DGFT authorizations, export obligations, incentives,



drawback claims, and regulatory compliances.
- Prepare MIS reports, reconciliations, dashboards, and management reports.
- Coordinate with DGFT, Customs authorities, banks, EPCs, consultants, clients, and internal teams for documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Support audits and ensure proper maintenance of compliance and audit documentation.
- Ensure timely processing and realization of export incentives and benefits.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), DGFT procedures, Customs regulations, and export incentive schemes.
- Hands-on experience in DGFT, ICEGATE, Drawback, RoDTEP, and export documentation.
- Knowledge of Advance Authorization, EPCG, redemption, and export obligation compliance.
- Understanding of BRC/e-BRC, IEC, RCMC, and RBI-related export compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Customs documentation and clearance procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including reporting, reconciliation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently handle EXIM compliance and regulatory coordination.
- Detail-oriented with a solid focus on accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, export incentives, Drawback, and EXIM compliance will be preferred.
