About the Role

YouLeap Edu is hiring experienced Study Abroad Counsellors / Career & Study Abroad Mentors for our Calicut office.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow beyond regular admission counselling and get exposure to a more premium side of the study abroad industry.

Along with regular counselling, our team also works on premium university mentorship, top-ranking university applications, profile-building, scholarships, and strategic admission planning.

Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about study abroad opportunities
- Understand student profile, career goals, academic background, and budget
- Guide students on suitable courses, countries, and universities
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp,



and follow-ups
- Maintain proper student follow-up and conversion
- Coordinate with application and operations teams
- Stay updated about countries, universities, courses, and admission processes

Requirements

- Experience in study abroad counselling or student counselling preferred
- Good communication and student handling skills
- Ability to explain course, country, and university options clearly
- Strong follow-up discipline and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
