Front Office Assistant – Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk activities, welcoming visitors, handling calls and basic administrative tasks, and providing support to employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Receive and distribute documents, letters, and parcels.
- Maintain basic office records and documentation.
- Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
- Coordinate with HR, administration, and other departments.
- Provide information and basic assistance to visitors and employees.




- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support day-to-day administrative and office activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Valuable telephone etiquette.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle visitors and multiple tasks.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹14,351.05 - ₹16,855.60 per month
