- Coordinate between sales team, customers, and internal departments for smooth order processing.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on pending inquiries and payments.
- Maintain customer databases, track sales targets, and generate MIS reports.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, calls, and managing travel arrangements for sales staff.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
