Job Summary

Lingsaa Technologies Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic MBA Finance Fresher to join our team in a combined Finance & Marketing role.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance concepts, good communication skills, and an interest in marketing and business development. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to financial operations, ERP software, customer interaction, market research, lead generation, and business development activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance

- Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting activities
- Support preparation and maintenance of financial reports
- Assist with invoices, payments, receivables, and payables
- Maintain and verify financial records
- Assist in financial data analysis and reporting
- Work with finance and accounting software / ERP systems
- Support GST, taxation, and other finance-related activities
- Assist the team in preparing MIS reports and management reports
- Perform data analysis using MS Excel

Marketing & Business Development

- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Generate and maintain business leads
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities
- Assist in customer communication and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team
- Support sales and business development activities
- Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and business documents
- Maintain customer and lead information
- Assist in social media and online marketing activities
- Track marketing campaigns and lead conversion

Required Skills

- MBA Finance is mandatory




- Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive written and verbal English
- Willingness to work in both Finance and Marketing
- Ability to learn ERP and business software
- Good presentation and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GST and taxation
- Knowledge of financial statements
- Knowledge of MIS reporting
- Experience with Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis
- Knowledge of CRM / ERP software
- Digital marketing knowledge
- Lead generation experience
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other business networking platforms

Candidate Profile
