- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Telecalling, Site Executives, and support roles
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and management
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and schedule final interviews
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview status, offer letters, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and induction process
- Follow up with current joiners to ensure successful joining and retention
- Support HR operations such as attendance coordination, employee records, and compliance
- Assist management with HR reporting and recruitment planning
