About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple FLAX outlets and ensure smooth coordination with the Central Kitchen.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in multi-outlet F&B;/QSR operations, team handling, SOP implementation, inventory control, customer experience, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across assigned FLAX outlets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between outlets and Central Kitchen.
- Monitor outlet sales, productivity, customer ratings, service standards, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure strict adherence to FLAX SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Manage outlet manpower, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Train and develop Outlet Managers and operational teams.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, wastage, and food cost.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Central Kitchen teams for timely stock and dispatches.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support new outlet openings and operational setup.
- Drive cost control and process improvement across assigned outlets.

Candidate Profile

Must Have:

- 5–8 years of experience in F&B;, QSR, cloud kitchen, restaurant, or similar operations.
- Experience handling multiple outlets or a cluster of outlets.
- Robust team management and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of inventory, food cost, wastage, and outlet profitability.
- Strong knowledge of F&B; SOPs, hygiene, and operational processes.
- Comfortable with regular outlet visits and hands-on operational management.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.
