- Experience – 7 to 9 yrs
- Location – Chennai
- Immediate joiners preferable
- Support desktop computers and other IT peripherals
- Maintain enough stock of computers and peripherals for new joiners and replacement
- Troubleshooting client issues
- Experience in Server Administration – Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
- Manage Hyper-V and provision Virtual Machines
- Experience in SCCM to deploy patches on desktops and servers
- Manage backup, backup exec software and tape drives of branches
- Manage Cisco network switches, Paloalto and FortiGate firewall
- Monitor systems, network and firewall performance
- Monitor internet links
- Co-ordinate with vendors for purchase, troubleshoot and replacement of hardware. Work with the customer to gather specifications for data and report requirements
