Job Summary
Barouliya Fragrancia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our fragrance manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in production supervision, inventory management, dispatch coordination, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities.
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock management.
- Coordinate logistics for timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Monitor production planning and achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
- Maintain production records and reports.
Candidate Profile
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing or production environment (Preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP) will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday Off
