Role: Quality Control Engineer

Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic assemblies, PCB boards, drone components, and finished products. The role involves inspection, testing, identifying defects, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production and manufacturing activities.

Responsibility & Deliverables:

- Inspect incoming electronic components, PCB boards, and materials to ensure they meet specified quality requirements.
- Perform in-process and final inspection of PCB assemblies, soldering, wiring, and electronic components.
- Conduct functional and basic electrical testing of PCB boards and electronic assemblies.
- Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and quality issues during production.
- Coordinate with the production team to identify the root cause of defects and support corrective actions.
- Maintain quality inspection, testing, rejection, rework, and other quality-related records.

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of quality inspection and testing procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in electronic circuits and PCB assemblies.
- Ability to identify defects in PCB assembly, soldering, component placement, and wiring.
- Good attention to detail, concentration, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to use multimeters, testers, and other electronic testing equipment.
- Positive communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Knowledge Required:

- Basic electronics and PCB assembly processes.
- Knowledge of resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, transistors, diodes, and other electronic components.




- Understanding of PCB layouts, circuit diagrams, BOMs, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of soldering quality, component placement, polarity, and PCB inspection.
- Understanding of ESD precautions and quality control procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Qualification:

- ITI in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent qualification.
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Electronics & Communication or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of electronics and electronic components.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of PCB assembly, inspection, and testing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, Electronics Manufacturing, PCB Assembly, Testing, or a related field.
- Experience in PCB inspection and electronic product testing will be preferred.
- Experience in identifying and troubleshooting PCB and electronic assembly defects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in using multimeters, testers, and electronic inspection equipment will be preferred.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or drone electronics will be an added advantage.
- Experience in maintaining quality records and handling rework or corrective actions will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
