Brown Town Café is looking for a friendly and reliable Order Taker to join our team! As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibilities will include taking customer orders accurately at the counter and over the phone, answering menu-related questions, and ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen team. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, positive communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment. Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person. If you enjoy working with people and love great coffee and food, we’d love to meet you!
