Key Responsibilities

1. Raw Material Evaluation

· Test incoming raw materials like cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.

· Perform aggregate gradation and moisture tests to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.

2. Concrete Mix Design & Trials

· Develop and optimize mix designs for specific project requirements.

· Execute trial batches to validate performance characteristics like workability, setting time, and compressive strength.

3. Production Oversight

· Monitor batching processes to ensure accurate material proportioning.

· Adjust batch weights based on aggregate moisture content.

· Verify that delivery trucks leave the plant within the specified mix parameters.

4. On-Site Quality Assurance

· Conduct field tests on fresh concrete (e.g., slump tests, air content, unit weight, and temperature).

· Cast concrete cylinders/cubes for compressive strength testing.





· Guide truck mixer drivers regarding concrete handling and job site quality.

5. Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain accurate records of batch reports, test results, and material certifications.

· Ensure the QC laboratory's testing equipment is routinely calibrated.

Candidates requirements:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in concrete construction or materials testing.
- Skills: Solid computer skills, proficiency in material testing software, and excellent analytical problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
