About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and ownership-driven Product Manager to lead product development from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate should be strong in product strategy, execution, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap, strategy, priorities, and execution.
- Define product vision and translate business goals into product initiatives.
- Identify user problems and convert them into scalable product solutions.
- Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and business teams.
- Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
- Track product KPIs, user engagement, conversion, retention, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor products.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Conduct product reviews and continuously identify areas for improvement.
- Take end-to-end ownership of product outcomes and business impact.

Requirements





- 3–7 years of experience in Product Management or a similar product role.
- Strong experience managing technology, SaaS, EdTech, or consumer products.
- Proven experience taking products or major features from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of PRDs, user stories, product specifications, and product documentation.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
- Ability to use data and customer insights to make product decisions.
- Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership in a remote environment.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms is a plus.
