Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our construction project site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site accounting, GST, TDS, voucher management, invoice verification, reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and record cash, bank, and journal vouchers.
- Verify and process vendor, subcontractor, and other site-related invoices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting transactions.
- Perform debtors and creditors reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain cash and bank records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Prepare and maintain wages, muster rolls, and labour-related accounting records.
- Coordinate with the Site Team, Purchase, Stores, HR, and Head Office for accounting-related requirements.
- Maintain proper records and supporting documents for audit and statutory compliance.




- Ensure timely submission of accounting reports and documents to the Head Office.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in construction/site accounting is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and/or ERP accounting software.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in vendor billing, invoice verification, reconciliation, and site expenses.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at a construction/project site.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, real estate, or project-site accounting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
