Job Title: Senior Oracle Applications Developer

Location: Pune- Hybrid
Experience: 7–14 Years

Profile Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Applications Developer to lead the design, development, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle development tools, advanced SQL/PLSQL skills, and a deep understanding of financial and order management modules. This role requires excellent troubleshooting ability, end-to-end project ownership, and effective collaboration with business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute full-cycle Oracle EBS projects (R12/11i) from requirements to production support.

- Design, develop, and maintain RICE components: Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, configuration, and testing.

- Provide Level 2 production support,



investigate issues, and deliver resolutions or workarounds.

- Manage application environments, perform system cloning, and support SOX and IT compliance.

- Utilize tools such as Oracle Forms, BI/XML Publisher, Workflow Builder, SQL*Loader, and OAF.

- Monitor system performance and support interfaces with third-party applications.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (11i or R12).

- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and Oracle development tools.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder.

- Experience with Unix-based systems and shell scripting.

- Good understanding of Finance (AP, AR, GL), Order Management, Pricing, and EDI modules.

- Familiarity with A2C and O2C business cycles.

- Desirable: 2+ years of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) experience.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently or as part of a team.
