About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & People Operations who can manage multiple hiring requirements across different D2C brands and business functions.

This is a senior ownership role for an experienced HR professional who understands the D2C and eCommerce ecosystem and can identify, attract and hire the right talent across multiple departments and brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously across different D2C brands.
- Work with brand founders, leadership teams and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire talent across multiple functions including:
- Performance Marketing
- Social Media & Content
- Graphic Design & Creative
- Video Editing
- Shopify / eCommerce Development
- Sales & Business Development
- Customer Support
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Logistics
- Marketplace Management
- E-commerce & Catalog Management
- Finance & Accounts
- Brand Management
- Other specialized D2C roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, recruitment platforms and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and HR interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interview rounds.
- Manage candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer management and joining formalities.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Develop efficient hiring processes and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
- Build a strong network of D2C and eCommerce professionals.
- Understand different brand requirements and identify candidates based on role, experience and business needs.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement where required.
- Develop and maintain HR processes, recruitment SOPs and documentation.
- Provide hiring reports and recruitment insights to leadership.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Robust experience in D2C, eCommerce, digital marketing, agency or startup environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of different D2C functions and the talent required for each.
- Experience hiring mid-level and senior professionals.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing a recruitment/HR team will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who can act as a strategic hiring partner for multiple D2C brands, understand their business requirements and quickly build the right talent pipeline for different functions.

You should be comfortable handling multiple brands, multiple departments and multiple hiring requirements at the same time.

Pay: ₹18,590.47 - ₹45,000.00 per month
