Key Responsibilities -

- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, referrals, channel partners, digital enquiries, and promotional activities.
- Develop new business opportunities in Residential/C&I; segments as placed for.
- Conduct customer meetings, site surveys, and requirement assessments.
- Explain solar project benefits, electricity savings, ROI, payback period, subsidy schemes, and financing options to prospective customers.
- Present proposals and negotiate commercial terms to close sales successfully.
- Maintain and update customer interactions, sales activities, and project status in the CRM system/ERP
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, promotional events, and business networking activities.
- Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to management.





Required Skills -

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and government subsidy schemes.
- Ability to explain financial savings, ROI, and payback calculations to customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications -

- Any Graduate, Diploma, Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for Solar EPC or Renewable Energy Sales are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in Solar EPC Sales, Renewable Energy Sales, or a related technical sales role are welcome to apply.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
