Job Description:

Responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with product selection based on preferences and budget.
- Explain product details, including purity, certification, and pricing.
- Maintain knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery trends and collections.
- Prepare sales invoices and handle billing through Tally or POS system.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery counters.
- Follow up with customers for orders, repairs, and after-sales service.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the back office for stock updates and replenishment.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve queries politely and efficiently.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
