Brandbay Media is looking for a creative and versatile Video Producer & Editor to lead visual storytelling from concept to final cut. You will oversee end-to-end video production- handling pre-production planning, hands-on shooting/direction, and post-production editing- to deliver compelling, high-quality video content for digital platforms, client campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Production: Plan, direct, and execute video projects, including concept development, storyboarding, scheduling, and on-set production.
- Post-Production & Editing: Edit raw footage, handle color grading, audio mixing, pacing, and integrate motion graphics/visual effects.
- Content Optimization: Tailor video formats and pacing for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, corporate presentations, and brand films).
- Creative Collaboration:



Work closely with creative, marketing, and client-servicing teams to translate briefs into engaging visual narratives.
- Asset Management: Manage production equipment, set workflows, and organize raw and archived digital media libraries.

Key Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in video production and editing (agency, media house, or production studio background preferred).
- Proficiency in editing suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and camera operation/lighting setups.
- Solid portfolio showcasing cinematic visual sense, sound design, and sharp storytelling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
