Roles & Responsibilities

- Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
- Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Checklist .
- Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports as and when required.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.
- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
- Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
- The position requires that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications; are in line with the most recent best practices.

Preferred candidate profile





- Must have knowledge of all Tender Documents, Letters, Knowledge of Government departments, sectors etc.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadlines,
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.
- Graduate, good communication skills, good in computers.
- Must have exposure of handling government tenders, can bring current business through tenders to the company.
- Candidates must have experience on searching Tenders on various sites & he have experience on tender documentation.

Pay: ₹25,030.07 - ₹40,548.86 per month
