Working Hours: 8:00 AM start (mandatory) — 9 hours/day

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience and skill assessment)

About the Role

Ecoponic Agri Tech is a Kolkata-based fresh fruits & vegetables company managing sourcing, cold storage, and distribution across modern trade, quick commerce, and retail channels. We're looking for a Data Entry Executive to support our daily inventory and stock data operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and update daily inventory data (stock in, stock out, wastage, transfers) in Zoho Inventory
- Maintain organized digital records of purchase, sales, and stock movement data
- Support day-to-day data entry needs across departments as required
- Coordinate with the pack house/warehouse team to ensure inventory data is updated in real time

Requirements

- Candidate must currently be based in or around Kolkata (commute from outside the city not feasible given the 8 AM start)
- Comfortable with a strict 8:00 AM daily start time — non-negotiable




- Basic to intermediate computer literacy (MS Excel/Google Sheets at minimum)
- Prior experience with Zoho (Inventory/Books) preferred but not mandatory — willingness to learn is essential
- Prior experience in inventory/stock maintenance is an advantage
- Attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, accuracy-driven data work
