Location: As Assigned (Field-Based) in UP & Uttarakhand

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Investigator to conduct investigations related to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) cases. The role involves verifying claim facts, collecting evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and submitting factual investigation reports to insurance companies while maintaining confidentiality and skilled ethics.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field investigations for MACT and Motor Third-Party (TP) claims.
- Visit accident locations to verify the facts and circumstances of the accident.
- Meet and interview claimants, insured persons, drivers, vehicle owners, eyewitnesses, and local residents.
- Visit police stations to verify FIRs, General Diary (GD), Charge Sheets, Seizure Memos, Site Plans, and other police records.
- Visit hospitals to verify MLCs, admission records, OPD/IPD records, treatment details, discharge summaries, disability certificates, and post-mortem reports.
- Collect written statements, audio/video recordings (where permitted), and supporting documentary evidence.
- Verify the involvement of the insured vehicle, driver, driving licence, permit, fitness certificate, insurance policy, and other relevant documents.
- Identify discrepancies such as vehicle implant, driver implant, fabricated accidents, non-road traffic accidents (Non-RTA), misrepresentation of facts, and fraudulent claims.
- Coordinate with police officials, advocates, hospitals, RTO offices, and insurance company representatives.
- Prepare accurate, unbiased, and evidence-based investigation reports within prescribed timelines.




- Maintain confidentiality of case information and follow company SOPs and legal guidelines.

Required Skills

- Good investigation and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to prepare professional investigation reports.
- Knowledge of MACT proceedings and Motor Insurance claims.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to travel extensively for field investigations.
- Strong observation and documentation skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Law/Commerce/Arts preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in MACT, Motor TP Claims, or Insurance Investigation. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Age should be between 19 to 26 years

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Motor Accident Claims Investigation.
- Familiarity with police procedures, court records, and hospital documentation.
- Knowledge of insurance claim verification processes.
