Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of proven experience in industrial product sales, preferably in hardware or fasteners. The candidate must be able to identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients. Familiarity with the Tamil Nadu market and Hindi language skills will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and hardware sectors
- Meet sales targets and build robust customer relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Visit client locations, demonstrate product benefits,



and close deals
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide pre and post-sales support to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates to management

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in fastener / industrial / hardware sales (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong network in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Good knowledge of local industrial markets
- Ability to speak Hindi is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
- Willing to travel locally as per business requirements

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

- Freshers are not eligible for this role
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
