About the Role: We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director – Motion Design to lead our visual storytelling and motion design efforts. This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, leadership, and hands-on expertise in motion graphics to drive impactful brand communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and define the creative vision for motion design projects across digital platforms and client requirements
- Conceptualize and oversee high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent project delivery




- Provide creative direction and feedback to motion designers and editors Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently .
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies Present ideas, concepts, and final outputs to internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in motion design or creative roles, with at least 6–8 years in a leadership position within advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
- Solid portfolio showcasing motion graphics, storytelling, and campaign work
- Expertise in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
