Job Summary:
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, meeting potential and existing customers, promoting company products/services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining solid customer relationships. The role involves regular field visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiations, order collection, and post-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field activities.
- Explain and demonstrate products/services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and negotiation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer information.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, customer support, finance, and delivery.




- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.

Required Skills

- Target-driven and comfortable working under sales pressure.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, CRM applications, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good local-area knowledge can be an advantage.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Education & Experience

- Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales, field sales, business development, FMCG, retail, telecom, banking, or similar roles.
- Freshers: Can be considered for entry-level positions depending on the company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
