Job Description: Civil Engineer
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 years (residential construction — apartments & duplex projects)

About the Role We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee and execute construction activities for our residential projects, including apartment complexes and duplex villas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage quality, timelines, and coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at apartment and duplex project sites
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings; ensure execution as per approved plans
- Monitor material quality, quantity estimation, and procurement coordination
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality control norms
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Track project progress against timelines and report delays or issues to management
- Conduct site measurements, prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), and verify billing/RA bills
- Maintain daily site reports, labor attendance,



and material consumption records
- Ensure proper execution of civil works — foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing
- Liaise with local authorities for approvals/inspections as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential construction (apartments, duplexes, villas)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Excel/Project for tracking
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and IS codes
- Good site supervision, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
- Ability to read structural/architectural drawings independently

Preferred

- Experience working directly with real estate developers or construction contractors
- Familiarity with local municipal approval processes
