Designation: Accounts Executive

Job Location : Vasai

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily petty cash transactions and maintain proper cash records.
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely accounting updates.
- Solid follow-up for outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with clients/customers for payment collections and account reconciliation.
- Prepare Delivery Challans (DC) and maintain related documentation.
- Handle filing and record maintenance of accounts and office documents.
- Assist with routine administrative and accounting tasks assigned by the manager.





Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of daily accounting processes and entries.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills for outstanding recovery.
- Experience in petty cash handling and reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office documentation.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com/M.Com).
- Min 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and good at coordination/follow-up.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
