Position - Property Sales Manager

We’re looking for a leader—someone with a go-getter attitude, an ownership mindset, and the ability to build, lead, and manage the entire business operation.

You’ll work closely with Property Owners, NRIs, Builders, and Residential Societies, driving business growth while leading a young, energetic team.

No Property Selling.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire business development team
- Generate new business opportunities
- Build relationships with Property Owners, NRIs & Residential Societies
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Close Property & Society Management service contracts
- Recruit, mentor and motivate the team
- Drive business growth and achieve team targets




- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution

Requirements

- 10+ years of Real Estate / Business Development / Sales experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation & client relationship skills
- Ability to build systems, lead from the front and deliver results
- Self-driven, proactive and growth-oriented
