Job Title: Tendering & Bidding Specialist

Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Government Tendering & Bidding

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tendering & Bidding Specialist with strong expertise in Government tendering, e-Tendering portals, bid preparation, BOQ, cost estimation, and tender documentation. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering cycle and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions, particularly for Solar EPC and Renewable Energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Government tendering and bidding activities, from tender identification to bid submission.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and commercial requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents, BOQs, cost estimates, price schedules, and compliance statements.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, Project, and Management teams for bid preparation and approvals.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate AutoCAD drawings and technical documents required for tender submissions.
- Submit bids through Government e-Tendering portals within defined timelines and ensure complete documentation.
- Track tender status,



corrigendums, amendments, pre-bid queries, technical clarifications, and post-bid activities.
- Maintain proper records of tenders, bid documents, submissions, amendments, correspondence, and tender outcomes.
- Conduct basic tender analysis, competitor/market evaluation, and bid feasibility assessment wherever required.
- Visit project sites or attend pre-bid meetings/site inspections whenever required.

Required Skills:

- Government Tendering & Bidding – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Government e-Tendering Portals
- BOQ Preparation, Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis
- AutoCAD – ability to prepare/review tender-related drawings
- Knowledge of Solar EPC / Renewable Energy Projects
- Solid documentation, analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Preferred:

- Experience handling tenders for Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Electrical, or Infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with Government departments, PSUs, and tender compliance requirements
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
