Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Tender Executive to manage and execute end-to-end tendering processes for government, PSU, and corporate projects in the event management, exhibitions, and infrastructure setup domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in GeM, e-procurement portals, and government tender documentation, with the ability to convert opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Tender Identification & Analysis

- Monitor portals like:
- GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
- CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal)
- State e-tender portals
- Identify relevant tenders related to:
- Event management
- Exhibition setup
- Fabrication & infrastructure
- Analyze tender scope, eligibility, and feasibility.

2. Tender Documentation & Submission

- Prepare and submit complete tender documents including:
- Technical bids
- Financial bids (BOQ)
- Compliance documents
- Ensure zero-error submission within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inputs (design, operations, finance).

3. Vendor & Cost Coordination

- Work closely with:
- Fabrication teams
- Rental vendors (AC, lighting, structures, etc.)
- Prepare accurate costing aligned with profitability targets.




- Negotiate vendor rates for competitive bidding.

4. Compliance & Eligibility Management

- Maintain and update:
- Company credentials
- Experience certificates
- Turnover & financial documents
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements.

5. Follow-ups & Liaison

- Coordinate with government departments and PSUs.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
- Track tender status and ensure timely follow-ups.

6. MIS & Reporting

- Maintain tender tracker:
- Applied
- Won/Lost
- Revenue pipeline
- Submit weekly reports to management.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong experience in GeM & e-tender portals
- Knowledge of event industry costing (stall fabrication, AC, lighting, stage, etc.)
- Excellent documentation and compliance skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong negotiation & coordination ability

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 4–8 years in tendering (event/exhibition preferred)
- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience with government / PSU tenders is mandatory

KPIs (Performance Indicators)

- Number of relevant tenders identified
- Submission accuracy & timelines
- Tender win ratio
- Revenue generated from tenders
- Profit margins maintained

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
