Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Banking Manager to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for managing banking operations, coordinating with banks, handling vendor and client payments, managing tender-related documentation, and supporting financial transactions for ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in banking operations, payment processing, bank guarantees, tender documentation, and financial coordination. Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or project-based organizations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day banking operations and coordinate with banks for financial transactions.
- Handle vendor payments, client payments, payment tracking, and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents for government and private sector projects.
- Manage Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Bank Guarantees (BG), and related banking documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements and timely bid submissions.




- Liaise with banks for issuance, extension, amendment, and closure of Bank Guarantees.
- Monitor payment schedules and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, tenders, banking transactions, and financial records.
- Support cash flow management and fund planning activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial and commercial documentation requirements.
- Prepare reports related to payments, bank guarantees, tenders, and banking activities.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of banking operations and financial transactions.
- Experience in handling vendor payments and reconciliation.
- Understanding of tender documentation and bid submission processes.
- Knowledge of EMD, Bank Guarantees, and banking procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office applications.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation management.

Pay: ₹18,131.23 - ₹25,478.91 per month
