Experience: 8-10 years of experience in IT applications management.

Hands-on experience in software development/project management/ enterprise software solutions and integrations in a manufacturing/cpg organizations.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications (excluding SAP) within the organization Application Management:
- Collaborate with business users & cross functional teams to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Provide technical support and guidance.
- Oversee the lifecycle of non-SAP applications, including procurement, implementation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Ensure applications meet business requirements and operate effectively within the organization’s IT ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless integration of non-SAP applications with other enterprise systems, including SAP and legacy software.
- Ensure applications adhere to organizational security policies and regulatory compliance requirements.



Key Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of non-SAP applications (e.g., PLM, MES, CRM, HRIS, WMS, etc.).
- Project Management: Proficient in managing large-scale application implementation and integration projects.
- Analytical Skills: Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize complex systems.
- Communication: very good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business users.
- Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: ITIL Certification (preferred)
- Performance Metrics: Uptime and performance of non-SAP applications. Adherence to project timelines and budgets.
