- Monitor all branch activities through CCTV systems.
- Ensure all branches (13 branches) are opened on time as per company schedule.
- Contact branch staff and provide timely alerts and reminders for branch opening.
- Follow up with employees who fail to open branches on time and report non-compliance to management.
- Issue warnings and maintain records of disciplinary actions as per company policy.
- Monitor milk boiling and other critical operational activities through CCTV and report deviations.
- Ensure operational procedures and hygiene standards are followed in all branches.
- Coordinate with branch teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain and manage employee accommodation facilities and address accommodation-related concerns.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to management.
- Conduct regular checks and ensure smooth functioning of all branches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
