* Enter trip, vehicle, and consignment details into Google Sheets and the CRM.

* Update vehicle reporting, loading, in-transit, and unloading status on a real-time basis.

* Track company-owned and market-hired vehicles and update movement reports.

* Follow up with drivers, transporters, and operations staff for status updates.

* Receive, verify, and upload PODs (Proof of Delivery) into the CRM.

* Maintain a POD tracker and ensure timely submission to the billing/accounts team.

* Record freight details, trip numbers, vehicle numbers, driver details, and customer information accurately.

* Update dispatch reports, daily trip reports, and vehicle availability reports.

* Maintain proper digital records of invoices, PODs, e-way bills, and other transport documents.

* Prepare daily MIS reports and share operational updates with management.

* Coordinate with the Operations, Billing, and Accounts teams to resolve discrepancies.

* Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and updated within the prescribed timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
