Experience: 10–15 Years
We are looking for a strong Accounts Receivable (AR) professional with extensive experience in managing client collections and AR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and collections.
- Handle client visits across India for payment follow-ups and collection discussions.
- Manage outstanding receivables, ageing and collection targets.
- Follow up with clients for overdue payments and resolve payment issues.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales and Operations teams for timely collections.
- Handle customer reconciliations, disputes, deductions and escalations.
- Prepare and monitor AR ageing reports and collection MIS.
- Drive timely closure of long-pending outstanding payments.
Candidate Profile:
- 10–15 years of strong accounts receivable experience.
- Excellent knowledge of AR, collections, ageing, reconciliation and customer outstanding management.
- Must be comfortable travelling across India and visiting client locations.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently handle large and complex customer accounts.
- Solid ownership and result-orientated approach.
