We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing residential construction business. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable speaking with customers, and interested in generating and following up on new business opportunities.
You will play an significant role in lead generation, customer follow-ups, site visit coordination, and marketing activities.
Incentive Opportunity:
The candidate can earn additional income over and above the fixed salary through performance-based incentives and successful customer conversions.
