About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and growth of our Baby Clothing category. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in apparel, kidswear, children’s fashion, or infant products, with a proven track record of launching, positioning, and scaling product lines.

The role will involve close collaboration with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Sales, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to drive category growth, strengthen product positioning, and build brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for the Baby Clothing category.
- Lead new product launches, from positioning and messaging to go-to-market execution.
- Understand consumer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and category opportunities.
- Develop clear product positioning, USPs, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with product and merchandising teams on assortment and portfolio planning.
- Collaborate with sourcing and product development teams to align products with market demand.
- Drive category growth through e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, and modern retail channels.
- Analyze sales,



consumer insights, and market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaigns, product communication, and brand assets.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback and sales data.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across teams.

Key Requirements

- 5–6 years of Product Marketing experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in:
- Baby Clothing
- Kidswear
- Children's Apparel
- Infant Products
- Fashion & Apparel
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, product positioning, category management, and market trends.
- Proven experience in product launches and managing apparel/product portfolios.
- Robust analytical, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with D2C brands, e-commerce, marketplaces, or modern retail will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
