Job Summary :
We are looking for a Web Developer & SEO Optimizer – Trainee who has an interest in both website development and SEO. The candidate will work on website development, maintenance, performance optimization, SEO implementation, and improving the overall search visibility and user experience of the website.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, update, and maintain company websites.
- Make website content and layout changes as required.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and usability.
- Implement basic on-page SEO techniques.
- Perform keyword research and optimize website content.
- Manage title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links.
- Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues.
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Identify broken links, indexing issues, and other website errors.
- Support blog publishing and SEO content optimization.
- Conduct competitor and keyword research.
- Assist with backlink and off-page SEO activities.
- Maintain website pages and ensure content is updated regularly.
- Work with the marketing team to improve organic traffic and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Any Bachelor’s degree; *BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.E./B.Tech, or related fields* preferred.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript,



and WordPress.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Knowledge of keyword research and on-page SEO is an advantage.
Basic understanding of website hosting, domains, and web technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is preferred.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong interest in learning both Web Development and SEO.
Positive communication and written English skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Candidates must be residing *within approximately 10 km of our Coimbatore office.
No relocation candidates.
Candidates must be able to commute regularly to the office.
