Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: New Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal (In-person)

Pay Range: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will shoot hands-on video content, edit high-quality reels, and execute targeted strategies to significantly grow audience engagement for our interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Shoot & Production: Plan, direct, and shoot high-quality video content on-location at ongoing interior sites, completed projects, and team highlights.
- Video Editing & Creation: Edit engaging Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos with modern cuts, text overlays, trending audio, and sound design.
- Engagement & Audience Growth: Implement proven social media strategies to boost follower interaction, comments, shares, and brand reach across platforms.
- Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and posting schedules for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Community Building: Proactively engage with followers,



respond to comments and direct messages instantly, and turn casual viewers into active leads.
- Performance Analytics: Track key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate) to refine content strategies and improve ROI.

Must-Have Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years in social media management, hands-on video production, and content creation (interior design or real estate experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and visual design tools like Canva/Photoshop.
- Camera Handling: Experience with camera gear, mobile videography setups, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi; working knowledge of Bengali is preferred.
- Creative visual storytelling, strong copywriting skills, and deep knowledge of social media trends and algorithm updates.
