- 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.
- Strong experience in HR Generalist functions and Payroll.
- Good knowledge of attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling both clinical and non-clinical manpower will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and employee-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace.
Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
