Skills & Qualifications :

- Lead team of developers on successful projects
- Provided technical ownership on projects through all phases of SDLC, development through production support, owning issues through resolution.
- Experience with on-shore and off-shore development teams
- Experience enforce best practices via code review and mentoring, and acting as a gate for quality of code delivered
- Experience with working with BA, QA, PM, Product Owners, and across varied teams
- Significant experience with the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Must have very positive communication skills (both verbal & written); prior customer facing experience, working knowledge of Agile Scrum based projects is preferred.
- Proven ability to analyse requirements, perform estimation and design technical solution as per the business requirements / user stories.

Technical
Responsible for Configuration, Deployments, Development & Support of Salesforce Application Experience/Knowledge:
1. Should be familiar with Aura, Lightning components, and Communities
2. Should have hands on development experience with Apex triggers, classes and visual strength, Visual Force pages design
3. Experience in Aura Components, Attributes and Expressions, Input Data Using Forms
4. Connect to Salesforce with Server-Side Controllers, Connect Components with Events.
5. Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages
6. Should have experience in Salesforce lightning components, lightning Design system.
7. Should have a minimum of Platform Developer I certification.
Advantage
1. Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader
2. Integration knowledge with REST/ SOAP and other integration mechanism
3.



Salesforce Communities certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the salesforce platform
2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex, visualforce pages, and lightning components
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions
4. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
5. Manage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance salesforce functionality
6. Stay updated on salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
7. Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their salesforce development skills
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools
2. Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
3. Strong understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities
4. Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams
6. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement
Other Requirements
