Job Title: Franchise Support Executive

Job Summary:

The Franchise Support Executive will be responsible for evaluating and verifying prospective franchise locations, coordinating with internal teams and franchise partners, and ensuring all location approvals are processed in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role also involves conducting virtual market research to identify high-potential locations and maintaining accurate operational records to support timely franchise expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Location Verification & Evaluation

Verify potential franchise locations shared by the Sales Team based on predefined SOPs and evaluation parameters.

Assess locations using virtual tools, maps, demographic data, competitor analysis, accessibility, visibility, catchment area, and other prescribed criteria.

Prepare detailed location assessment reports and provide recommendations for approval or rejection.

2. Interdepartmental Coordination

Coordinate with the Sales, Franchise Support, and Operations teams to ensure timely verification and approval of proposed locations.

Resolve queries related to location assessments and communicate findings to the concerned departments.

Ensure smooth coordination throughout the location approval process.

3. Franchise Partner Coordination

Communicate with franchise partners to obtain additional information, documents, photographs, videos, or clarifications required for location verification.





Assist franchise partners by providing updates on the verification and approval status.

Address location-related queries and ensure timely resolution.

4. Virtual Location Research

Identify suitable commercial locations and high-potential areas for franchise expansion using digital tools such as Google Maps, satellite imagery, local business directories, demographic insights, and market research platforms.

Conduct preliminary feasibility studies to identify promising markets for new outlet development.

Recommend potential locations based on business viability and company expansion strategies.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate logs, trackers, verification reports, and approval records as per company guidelines and SOPs.

Update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to location verification activities.

Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and readily available for internal review and audits.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and location assessment skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Good understanding of retail site selection and market research principles.

Proficiency in Google Maps, Google Earth, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.





Strong documentation and reporting skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple assignments within defined timelines.

Problem-solving mindset with robust organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Operations, Geography, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Franchise Operations, Business Development Support, Location Analysis, Retail Expansion, Market Research, or Operations.

Experience in retail site evaluation or GIS/map-based research will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy and quality of location verification reports.

Turnaround time for location assessments and approvals.

Compliance with company SOPs during the verification process.

Timely coordination with Sales, Operations, and Franchise Support teams.

Franchise partner response and query resolution time.

Accuracy of reports, trackers, and documentation.

Number of suitable locations identified and recommended for business expansion.

Overall contribution to timely franchise approvals and outlet launches.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
