Business Development Executive - Internship

We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential hotel and hospitality partners.
- Build and maintain a database of hotels, resorts, cafés, restaurants and event venues.
- Contact potential partners through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Introduce Loviesta and explain our partnership model.
- Follow up with interested venues and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with hotels regarding pricing, available spaces, packages and operational requirements.
- Identify new cities and locations where Loviesta can expand.




- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in HubSpot.
- Schedule meetings/calls with potential partners.
- Coordinate with the founder and operations team during partnership discussions.
- Track follow-ups and ensure potential opportunities don't get missed.
- Research competitors and identify new business opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with people over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Confident, enthusiastic and willing to approach new businesses.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to learn B2B sales and business development.
- Students and freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
