Inbound Sales Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally through calls, emails, or chat channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities by effectively presenting product advantages and value.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Adhere to company policies, sales processes, tools, and quality standards.
- Achieve sales targets, productivity goals, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and business growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
