Job Role

We are looking for a smart, friendly, active, and presentable girl who can handle both in-store sales and online promotion for Anand Fashion House.

Our store offers women’s suits, jewellery, handbags, and other fashion collections. The selected candidate will be responsible for helping customers in the store as well as promoting our products online and bringing new customers through social media.

Main Responsibilities

In-Store Sales

- Welcome customers politely and understand their requirements.
- Show customers suits, jewellery, handbags, and other products.
- Help customers choose products according to their style, size, colour, and budget.
- Explain product details and prices clearly.
- Assist with billing, packing, and other store work when required.
- Keep the store and products clean, neat, and well arranged.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

Online Promotion

- Take attractive photos and videos of new products.
- Create simple and interesting Instagram/Facebook Reels and short videos.
- Post products and new collections regularly on social media.
- Write simple captions and provide product details while posting.
- Reply to customer messages, enquiries, and comments online.
- Follow up with interested customers and encourage them to visit or purchase from the store.




- Help increase the store’s online reach, followers, enquiries, and sales.
- Keep up with simple social media trends and use them to promote the products.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Should know how to use a smartphone confidently.
- Basic skills in making reels, taking product photos/videos, and posting them online.
- Creativity and interest in fashion and social media.
- Should be comfortable appearing in videos/reels if required.
- Smart, presentable, honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Previous sales or social media experience will be an advantage, but freshers with the right skills and willingness to learn can also apply.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹10,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Sales/Performance Incentives: Additional incentives may be provided based on sales and online performance.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can sell products in the store and also help sell them online. The ideal candidate should be confident with customers, comfortable using social media, creative enough to make simple reels and videos, and motivated to bring current customers to Anand Fashion House through both offline and online promotion.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
