We are looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our growing kitchen team at The Nini Cafe. This role involves assisting in daily baking operations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall kitchen workflow.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in baking cookies, cakes, and desserts
- Basic preparation and measuring of ingredients
- Assembling and finishing desserts
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
- Organizing ingredients and managing stock
- Monitoring wastage and maintaining product quality
- Assisting during peak production hours
- Packing and preparing orders
Requirements
- Basic baking knowledge preferred (optional)
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen
- Good hygiene and cleanliness practices
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player
Job Details
Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
Shift: Full-time (Shift details will be discussed)
Weekly Off: 1 day per week (Sunday will be working)
Immediate joining preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
