- Develop architectural/interior concepts, layouts, 2D drawings & 3D designs.
- Prepare working drawings, electrical/plumbing layouts and project estimates/BOQs.
- Visit sites, take measurements and coordinate with vendors/site teams.
- Create 3D models/renderings; walkthroughs are a plus.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
- Freshers with valuable portfolios are welcome.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp; Revit/3ds Max/Lumion is a plus.
- Good design, estimation and site coordination skills.
- Bhubaneswar-based candidates preferred.
