Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to manage projects end-to-end—leading site execution, preparing precise working drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring strict compliance with local UDCPR rules.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & GFC Drawings: Lead project execution in office and prepare detailed Positive For Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Consultant Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for Structural, MEP, Fire, HVAC, and Landscape consultants.
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle FSI calculations, municipal sanctions, and strictly apply UDCPR / NMMC / CIDCO building norms.

Requirements

- Education:



B.Arch / M.Arch (COA Registered).
- Experience: 5–10+ years in architecture (MMR/Navi Mumbai project experience preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of UDCPR regulations and local sanctioning processes.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related tools.
