Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor hostel residents and maintain discipline.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and institutional policies.
- Maintain proper records of student attendance, room allotment, leave, and entry/exit.
- Monitor hostel premises and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance.
- Address students’ concerns, complaints, and accommodation-related issues.
- Coordinate with management, security staff, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
- Monitor visitors and regulate entry and exit according to hostel procedures.
- Handle emergencies and promptly report serious incidents to the concerned authorities.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Ensure adherence to hostel timings, including study hours, meal timings, and curfew.
- Coordinate with parents/guardians when required.
- Maintain a peaceful, respectful, and supportive hostel setting.
- Prepare and submit hostel-related reports to the management.
- Assist in organizing hostel activities and student welfare programmes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
